Public Hearings#

Have 2 hearings - Publish the notice 1 X each -- Initial notice must be no more than 20 days and no less than 5 days from the date of the hearing.

Have the hearings about 1 week apart.

Should be DISPLAY AD - not a legal notice

Advertisement for Administrator#

Run Ad 1 X in the LEGAL SECTION Cannot open bids less than Seven (7) working days from the date the ad appeared in the newspaper.
